In another two weeks, we will be celebrating the Chinese Lunar New Year. It has always been a very exciting period for me because not only do I get to meet up with my cousins, I also get to receive Angpaus (red packets in Mandarin). But this year, things are a little different and I'm now on the giving end (I got married on New Year). Hopefully, nobody wants to meet up now due to the COVID-19 situation *evil smile*. It has been three weeks now and MCO is still in effect. I think I'm actually an introvert because I feel totally fine for not having to leave my house. The only downside to this is I am unable to meet my friends and most importantly, my boyfriend 😕. Not normally a clingy girlfriend but hey, this is the first time we have ever been apart for this long. Not exactly a fan of LDR I guess, eh? I'm in this dilemma where I wish time would move slower so I can continue to work from home and at the same time wish it can speed up so I can meet him ASAP. 🤪

I am writing this amidst the Covid-19 pandemic which has placed Malaysia under a Movement Control Order (MCO) for 14 days. I have been staying home for the past week with my parents. Different from a lock down, we are still allowed to go out at any time with specific reasons such as to get food supplies. At this moment, I am terribly awed by some of those selfish Malaysians who just cannot grasp the purpose of the MCO. Sigh. So, how about we get distracted a little and read a review?

I keep telling myself I don't need another cleansing water. I already have two bottles sitting untouched on my shelves and one currently in use. I don't need another one, I don't. I have to always double convince myself (and stay away from my boyfriend) whenever I am trying to stop myself from buying something.

Almost a year of inactivity, wow, I'm lazy haha. Anyway, I am planning to adjust my focus and purpose a little. Well, it's actually taken directly from the Chinese character "土", which is pronounced as "to" and it means soil in Mandarin. Now, why soil?
