|REVIEW| Oops...Toner Again - Swanicoco A.C Control Care Skintoner

Swanicoco AC Control care skintoner

PSST... EXCLUSIVE DEAL AT THE END!

OOPS... I DID IT AGAIN
One, two, three, ... okay, let's stop counting, who cares how many toners a girl got on her vanity? As long as they are all in use, and are perfectly suitable for her skin, it's perfectly fine! So yeah, this is the fourth toner I just welcomed into the family. But its has already earned the second position in my heart for a toner. (Number one goes to the COSRX One Step Pimple Clear Pad, convenience always ranks first)

HMM... SMELL, SMELL
Seriously, I'm so in love with the smell of this toner. It smells slightly herbal-ly, yet very comforting and relaxing. Something like a mix of orange, lemon and cactus juices (I have a health drink with these three ingredients that smell exactly like that). Although it contains tea tree, I couldn't really detect any scent of it. Which is great news! I personally am okay with the smell but I know there are people out there who don't! So this toner passed the smell test!

THREE & STILL COUNTING
To be honest, although I received this toner roughly two weeks ago, I have only used it thrice. The first week I was in Perth, come the second week I fell sick, which basically killed all my mood for skincare and tortured the hell outta me. Oh while I remember, I broke my record for the most sleeping hours: I slept for 16 hours straight after throwing up at my hair stylist's saloon LOL I didn't even take sleeping pill or any drowsy meds! Something to be proud of? No? 👉🏼👈🏼

CANNOT STOP TOUCHING
Okay, back to the topic. Yes, I've only used it three times. However it has an immediate results which I'm dying to share with you. My face is so soft and smooth I literally cannot stop touching it (what were you thinking??). I've used half a dozen of other toners and there is nothing like this one, so so so soft I can talk about this whole day!

I know it's bad to touch my skin like that, but I just cannot resist. If you've ever touched a baby's butt before, that's just how soft it is. If you haven't touched one before, just go buy this Swanicoco Toner, put it on your face, and touch your face. That is exactly how it feels. Although I don't know why you'd want to feel how soft a baby's butt is. 🤷🏻‍♀️

SKIPPED COTTON PADS
The instructions on the package say to put enough amount to wet a cotton pad, then use it to wipe your face and your neck. Frankly, I think that is too much. I didn't use any cotton pad and will never use one. I may not have the best cotton pads because they always seem to absorb all the products instead of transferring properly onto my face. So I thought it'd be a waste to use such a great toner/softener in this way.

What I do every time is press one pump in my palm, clap lightly to get the product on another palm, then pat it on my whole face. Never do it like how Tati's husband, James did when you're dealing with the skin of your face. Watch her YouTube video here and you'll get it. Treat it with care, massage it the right way so you won't create premature wrinkles (don't know how many times I've stressed this woo)!

ALL IN KOREAN??!
I know I'm using a Korean product, but it's rather annoying when I get a ingredient list all in KOREAN! No offence, I seriously adore the Korean language and am learning Korean myself. But it's just difficult to read the ingredient list like that. :( Typing in Korean then translate everything? That might not even be accurate. Thank goodness someone started Skincarisma, I'd lose my will to live without them.

Ingredient list:

(Skincarisma)
Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Water, Hydrolyzed Algin, Zinc Sulfate, Butylene Glycol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Glycerin, Erythritol, Azelamide Mea, 4-terpineol, Biosaccharide Gum-1, Beta-Glucan, Punica Granatum Fruit Extract, (Pomegranate), Ficus Carica Fruit (Fig) Extract, Morus Alba Fruit Extract, Ginkgo Biloba Nut Extract, Artemisia Annua Extract, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Helichrysum Italicum Extract, Azadirachta Indica Leaf Extract, Paeonia Suffruticosa Root Extract, Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract, Allantoin, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Polysorbate 80, Citrus Nobilis (Mandarin Orange) Peel Oil, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil, Arginine, Carbomer, 1,2-Hexanediol

Note: Bolded are the star ingredients in the product whereas underlined are those flagged as 3 & above under 'Safety index'. Safety index ranges from 1-9 and the lower the number means the less hazardous.

GIMME THE SPOTLIGHT!
Now it all makes sense. No wonder it smells like that health drink I mentioned to you just now. It contains both mandarin orange and orange peel oil! That should be where the smell is from! The main ingredient in the list is of course tea tree, since this toner is made to balance skin pH and control sebum to help combat acne.

DID I ALSO MENTION..
This one came with The Saem Tea Garden Tea Tree Cleansing Water [Sebum Care] in the Trouble Breaker Box by Althea. I will be doing an unboxing review on this coming Saturday with all products summarised in a long post! I know it is weird this comes before the unboxing review, but I feel this will be less confusing for me to introduce every product in there to you beforehand. Want to know why? NOT QUITE DONE YET
Where are you going? Sit back, relax and let us talk about the texture and the before-after. This A.C Control Care Skintoner is very very runny. It is more watery than water (does that make any sense? LOL) with a super thin consistency.

This is like one second after putting it on. If my shutter released more slowly you won't even see the drop at the end.

SEE IT, LOVE IT
The after shot looks super similar as the before shot, doesn't it? If not for the lighting, I wouldn't be able to tell as well! This toner sinks in just nicely leaving no sign of its application ever on my skin. That means it doesn't feel sticky at all! This is what I really like about it and because of this, I am highly recommending this toner. Something like this is simply perfect for Malaysia's scorching hot weather these days and I'm sticking to this until the weather starts being nice to me (will it ever?)!

Psst... even if the weather is cold, you can get it for its extra comfortable softening power~!
