|FOOD STORY| What The Fox: Apple Fox Cider Is Now In Malaysia!

apple fox cider

A FOX JUST LANDED!
If you know me personally, then you'd know I don't normally drink. The reason is because I flush too easily and I don't particularly enjoy looking 'red' at anywhere public. 😂 But when I'm at home with my family, I do enjoy having some apple cider while chit-chatting and watching TV with them. So when I know that Apple Fox has brought New Zealand-inspired apple cider, which they called Apple Fox Cider, to our shores, I was elated!

|FOOD STORY| My Favourite: Tart Passion Bakery @ Damansara Utama

Tart passion bakery review

I SNATCHED ALL SIX
Last Saturday I had the pleasure to try out the tarts at Tart Passion Bakery located in Damansara Utama. I love eating tarts, especially egg tarts, but I'm also a very picky tart eater. I've tried a lot of egg tarts before but so far I haven't been able to find one that matches the one I had years ago. I still remember gobbling down all six of the tarts in the box although my aunt meant to give them to my grandmother. Not a very good niece/grandchild, am I? 😂😅 And kids, no you shouldn't do that because that's super impolite.

|FOOD STORY| Trying Malaysia's Local Food At S One One @ SS2

IT'S BACK!
Last Saturday, I paid a visit to a newly open local restaurant that serves Chinese cuisine in SS2, Petaling Jaya. Since I haven't talked about food here in ages (the last one was on Ben's and it was in March!), I really want to do this and share my foodie experience with you again. Just to warn you ahead, you might not want to read this at night. My stomach wouldn't stop rumbling while I was writing this.

PENANG FOOD GUIDE: What to Eat in Penang

what to eat in Penang
This is us at Kek Lok Si Temple. Nope you can't see the temple. Heh.

I just came back from Penang after spending three days there with two of my classmates hunting for food. It's my second time travelling with friends but first time travelling in Malaysia with friends. Woohoo! Although I've been to Penang a couple of times before, this is so far the best.

|REVIEW| Food Review: Ben's (A Birthday Celebration!)

ben's food review
Someone's growing old! And it's a day to celebrate!

Dad was asking me for my opinion on where to go for the much awaited celebration. Instinctively, my mind ran to Publika. There is where we always go for food because it has so many restaurants (that are really famous and genuinely good) and it is very close to where we live. By the time we reached home, I decided to fake my absence (yes I am totally a naughty kid). I told daddy to tell mummy I didn't go home and the rest was up to him to respond.

|REVIEW| Food Review: Eden @ Hutton Lane

eden hutton lane penang review

According to my dad, there was once a saying back in the days: you have not truly been to Penang if you have not tried Eden. Well, guess I've finally TRULY been to Penang after so many trips there. First off, I'm sure some of you are confused about the empty shop despite the two hour wait I mentioned in my previous post. Waited for two hours for an empty restaurant? What's happening?

Well, it goes like this:

|REVIEW| Food Review: Garage 51 @ Sunway (No Service Tax!)

Garage 51 review

Hooray! Internet! I've never been so happy to see that 5 bars on the bottom right of my desktop all lit up and without the warning sign because I'm dying to share with you after a lovely dinner at Garage 51 (Click to find out more about the cafe!).

First thing first, I love the environment. On my way walking into the cafe, I found chairs made of Pennzoil oil cans in various colours. Deeply awed by it's unique furniture, my heart willingly gave up its space when I discovered the high ceiling interior of the cafe. After being seated by the waitress, I looked around and found out they have lamps shaped like the chemical bonds. Time to eat. :P
