Recently I'm very into the Purito Centella Green Level All in One Mild Pad, which I've now been using for three weeks. It's my most loved cleansing/toning pad which I cannot live without and I will not give it up easily for anything else. This is also why I'm really glad I opted for the whole Centella Line when James from Purito offered me an opportunity to try and review their products. If only they have a Centella sunblock, I wouldn't even think twice about grabbing that one HAHA!

Anyhoo, let's not get swayed away by my obsession with Centella. Let's return the spotlight to our BOSS of the day: the Purito Centella Green Level Buffet Serum. I like its name: Buffet. It makes this serum sounds so delicious that I feel like eating it LOL. Not to mention that it smells really good too and I just look forward to applying it during my morning and night routines. No matter how tired I am that day, this is a must-put-on and I've never skipped it once ever since I owned it.
INGREDIENT LIST

Bolded are the good/star ingredients in the product whereas underlined (none here) are those flagged as 4 & above under 'Safety index' in by EWG. Safety index ranges from 1-9 and the lower the number means the less hazardous. Those with asterisk (*) are more likely to cause acne than those without.

First of all, if you're a Centella fan like me, brace yourself. Because this Purito Centella Green Level Buffet Serum has 49% of Centella Asiatica Acid! That's just crazily high and I just need to mention it! Just imagine how much goodness is packed in that one 60ml bottle!
Ammonium Glycyrrhizate is basically a salt made of Glycyrrhizic Acid and Ammonia. Glycyrrhizic Acid is a natural material isolated from licorice plants (learn about benefits of Licorice in skincare). This salt is commonly used in skincare products to reduce the appearance of dry or damaged skin as it can help reduce flaking and restore suppleness to the skin. It is also used to impart a flavor to skincare products (i.e. acting as a fragrance).
Brightening: Niacinamide, Ammonium Glycyrrhizate
Anti-Aging: Niacinamide, Adenosine & Ceramide
Promotes Wound Healing: Panthenol & Centella Asiatica Extract
Acne-Fighting: Ammonium Glycyrrhizate
NAH, THE BAD ONES
All of the ingredients are rated as green by EWG. So this one is totally safe to use on all skin types! For sensitive skin beauty lovers, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil may potentially irritate your skin if it is at a concentration too high. However, seeing that its position in the ingredient list above is quite low, indicating that its concentration here is not too high, so I don't think it should be causing you to have any concern. I would still recommend patch testing (I always do) before applying it to your whole face.
p.s. Concentration of an ingredient is normally indicated by its position in the ingredient list. More highly positioned equals to more highly concentrated.
IMAGINE PUMPING WATER INTO YOUR FACE
It comes in a green translucent bottle with a pump. Initially I was expecting it to have the same texture as the Benton Snail Bee High Content Essence because they both looked too alike. But man I was wrong. It was way runnier and smelled even better (i.e. more natural). I fell in love with it the moment the serum hit my face. I've never felt such intense moisture boost before and it's just overwhelmingly comfortable!
GLASS SKIN IN THE MAKING
What I love most about it is the moisture boost that it gives. But I'm most awed by how dewy my skin looks every time after applying this Centella Green Level Buffet Serum from Purito. I could spend 15 minutes sitting there just admiring the temporary glass skin I get before I lose it to the weather (yes, I am that vain sometimes, okay maybe not sometimes..). I don't need to wear highlighter to show off those cheekbones HAHA and that's better than anything.
CALM IT AND GLOW
With a high level of Centella in it, this Buffet Serum also calms the skin like a queen. Ever since I started using this, I noticed a reduction in redness around my cheek and chin areas. Along with that, it also gives my skin the natural glow that was long covered by acnes and post-acne marks. This is something I'm most grateful for because I've not seen this glow for a while ever since I started working in the audit line (it's tiring sigh).

GIVE IT SOME TIME
This is definitely not some magic potion that works overnight. You have to give it some time to work its wonder and show results. To have better results, I would totally recommend getting the whole Centella line and use them all together. This would ensure that the ingredients are fully compatible with each other and allow the products to function at their level best.
This is how my skin transformed in 21 days (a.k.a. 3 weeks).
Note: I'm also taking Oratane but the moisture level maintenance and fading of marks are greatly contributed by the whole Centella line, much of the effort goes to this Buffet Serum as it contains 49% of Centella which just calms my skin and helps it recover much more quickly.

HOW TO STORE IT
Since it has no preservatives, you have to treat it like a fresh fruit. Purito recommends to either store it in a fridge or just use it as fast as you can. For me, I would choose to store it in the fridge since I only use two pumps per day (once at night and once in the morning) and I want it to last a little longer so that I can have more uses. Before using it, you can prepare your skin with the Purito Centella Green Level All in One Mild Pad. After that, just put on your favourite moisturiser will do!
GRAB IT BEFORE THE FAME
The Purito wave hasn't hit Malaysia yet but I'm expecting it to be soon. Its products have such amazing ingredients. The ingredients, especially for products in Centella line, all are green level as identified by EWG. That means all three products in the Centella line are safe to be used on all skin types (especially for sensitive skin peeps, you should be able to use this without any issue according to Purito!). I'm totally sold and this Buffet Serum is now a staple in my morning and night routines! I especially like how glowy my skin looks every time after I put it on!
