DISTRACTED AND OVERWHELMED
With what's going on in Malaysia right now, it's a little hard for me to really sit down and focus on writing a skincare review. The coming Wednesday marks the most crucial day in deciding Malaysia's future. All I feel like doing right now is to read all news related to the election and equip myself with all the knowledge I need before heading out the door to the voting centre. I read so much that I'm getting a little overwhelmed. I need a break 😥. What about, a website review today?
A look on AllYoung's website!
HEARD OF SWISSVITA?
You might not be familiar with the name AllYoung but I'm sure you might have heard about or seen Swissvita somewhere on Facebook or Instagram before. I've also written a review on the Swissvita Acne Soothing Cleansing Cream before which I thought it did very well on not drying out my skin despite being an acne cleanser. AllYoung is a new website launched in April 2018 and it carries products from Swissvita, Suddenbe, Aevéop, City Color to Elle Skincare.
In total, you sign yourselves up for RM20 (RM15 + RM5 from the 500 points) off the moment you sign up.
CHOOSING SWISSVITA
When I first visited AllYoung, the only brand that wasn't having the "sold out" signs on all its products was Swissvita. Hence I decided to see what's available for me to grab and try. AllYoung's website is user-friendly. All I did was just hovering my cursor on the "BEAUTY" button, and it will display all the brands available with product categories listed down underneath (picture below). I'm interested in seeing what Swissvita products it carries, so I clicked on "SWISSVITA" itself instead.
Depending on what you're looking for, you can click on the product category or you can click directly on the brand and you'll be shown all products available under the brand.
WOW! So many "Free Gift!" signs!
A THING OR TWO..
Looking at all these products, I felt like grabbing them all to try out. The first item that caught my eyes was the Swissvita Micrite 3D All Use Mask. It's from the same range as the Micrite 3D Eye Cream (whose review I'm still taking my own sweet time to draft LOL) and I was tempted to try it, add to cart! Scrolling down, I saw the Mandelic Acid Perfect Ratio Complex Serum. My COSRX AHA 7 Whitehead Liquid is almost finished and I need a backup, this sounds perfect, add to cart!

THE TIME I BOUGHT
When I was shopping on AllYoung, they were having this promotion where they were giving out one free Swissvita Skin Regenerating Vital Essence (14ML) with every purchase. Yes, you read that right, I was shocked too. A free item worth RM345 with every purchase? I didn't even hesitate for the second and quickly placed my order before the promotion was gone. That Essence sounds really beneficial to the skin and I thought it would be fun to review as well!

One thing that worries me when buying beauty products online is not being able to touch them before I buy. AllYoung clearly knows our concerns because it has a very detailed write-up for the products that they are selling on their website. This is important for people like me who would want to know as much as I can about a product before I make my purchase decision. I already don't get to see or feel my product before I buy, at least let me know more details about it!

FREQUENT PROMOTIONS
Another feature that AllYoung has and I really like about is the very frequent promotions that they have. To be fair, I don't see a 10% discount as a valid promotion. Especially for skincare products, 10% on a RM100+ item is just RM10+, it's not a small amount but it doesn't seem like I've saved a lot either. What I see as a good and valid promotion (and one that would propel me to buy) is a discount of at least 50% and it seems like AllYoung sees the same too! They are having a buy-one-free-one deal now during the Labour Day week!
Once you're ready, click on "CHECK OUT" and...
You will be led to this page, where you need to fill up your address.
Once you're done filling up, click on the black button below and this will pop up. Just double confirm the information you provided and apply any gift card/discount code you have before continuing to payment method.
It's time to choose how you want to pay! You can even pay with PayPal! Once done, just click on "Complete order" and...
You will get redirected to the payment page, as shown below.
After making sure that the amount and your personal information are correct, go ahead and click "Pay Online Through FPX" to pay.
SIMPLE AND EASY
That's it! Once you're done paying, you can take a seat and wait for your parcel to arrive. Another awesome thing that AllYoung does is that it allows you to key in your phone number after you've done ordering. They will use it to keep you updated on the status of your delivery so that you don't have to constantly check the website if you're an anxious person like me. I love to know the whereabouts of my parcel and when they will reach me so I would be there to collect it.
They delivered it via PosLaju.
SURPRISINGLY QUICK!
I placed my order on 22 April 2018, which is a Sunday. Guess what? It reached me on 24 April 2018 (Tuesday)! That's pretty quick because the promised delivery timeframe is 3 to 5 days! I was so surprised to find it sitting on the table when I reached home. Delivery was also free when I placed my purchase as they were having a special deal. But if you buy now, you would need to pay a delivery fee of RM8.

Like other beauty websites, AllYoung also offers a 7-day Return Policy. You can always reach them at service@allyoung.my in case you are not satisfied with your purchase. However, it will be subject to review and approval and they might reserve the right to decline the return and refund if:
1) The returned product(s) purchased was bought during sale period with a promotional price.
2) The returned product(s) is not in the original sealed packaging
3) The returned product(s) is not tally in accordance to your order invoice
4) The returned period have exceeded the stipulated timeline given
Do make sure you read them through before emailing them for a refund/return.
The box is so so so beautiful! AllYoung's boxes are by far the prettiest ones I own.

I'm excited to find that AllYoung has put in place a YOUNG Points Reward System. When you first sign up, you will be able to earn yourselves 500 points. You will also get another 500 on your birthday and 1 point for every RM1 purchase you make. What's the point of collecting all these points, then? Of course it is for you to redeem! Each 100 points equals to RM1, and the minimum redeemable amount is RM5 (i.e. 500 points). That means you can get RM5 off just by signing up!
